An ever growing collection of classes varying in length and feel for seasoned yogis and beginners alike. Often working in a layered flow format, you will experience a healthy and energising build up to more challenging shapes and movements. Each layer of the flow adding a little more to an established foundation in a way that allows the mind to take a back seat and the body to explore it’s full potential. Not gifted with natural flexi-babe status, Carrianne came to yoga with Sciatica, runners knee issues and no hope (or so she thought) of ever touching her toes again…her down to earth and relatable practice will re instil your belief that yoga truly can make a difference to EVERY body and mind.
