It’s back BABY!!! 28 days of movement for just £28. What better time to instil some movement nourishment for body and mind into your routine than Spring.

Spring cleaning is not just a house thing, it’s happening all around us in nature and inside our very being. Now is the time to leg go of the sluggishness of winter and embrace the surge of new energy and light that this time of year brings.

The challenge starts on April 10th and runs for 4 weeks. Each week you will gain access to 4 x 30 minute pre recorded mobility/strength/flexibility focussed movement sessions, 2 x live zoom yoga classes & 1 x Yin/Deep stretch video plus option to join our challenge WhatsApp community for motivation and high fives. whoop!
