28 Days Of Movement Taster Session
If you didn’t sign up for this years 28 days of movement challenges, this session is a sample at the kind of class you’ll encounter if you join up for the next one. We focus on thighs and booty in the A sessions and Core in the B sessions and you do both twice each week accompanied by 2 live zooms and 1 yin/rest day. Each week, the classes get more challenging as your body develops strength, mobility and flexibility. We’ve had a wonderful time moving together so far.
