FRESH TURMERIC ROOT (APPROX 4 INCHES)
1/2 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
1TSP COCONUT OIL
1 CUP PLANT BASED MILK (ALMOND/OAT..)
2 MEDJOOOL DATES (OPTIONAL)
2 DROPS VANILLA BEAN ESSENCE
HONEY TO TASTE

Methods

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER MINUS THE HONEY UNTIL TURMERIC HAS COMPLETELY
BROKEN DOWN AND MILK TURNS YELLOW. IF YOU HAVE A VITAMIX JUST LEAVE RUNNING
UNTIL HEATED UP AND THEN SERVE WITH HONEY
IF NOT, TRANSFER TO A PAN AND GENTLY WARM (DON'T BOIL) ADD HONEY ACCORDINGLY
