Within a mobility session, we will work less in a flow format and more with functional movement repetitions to increase your range of movement and keep your joints healthy and strong for longer. There is naturally a lot of emphasis on hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back but you’ll notice a ripple effect throughout the whole body. My aim is to keep you and your body moving efficiently and fluidly for as long as possible. Mobility is centred around finding the sweet spot between strength and flexibility that allows both to be available but neither to eclipse the other. The result is a body that can respond to force, directional changes and adjusting heights without strain or imbalance. A body for life.
